quick review on “How To Get Rid Of Man Boobs” article

Posted by admin on 20th, 2008

Caleb Lee has written a new article about Gynecomastia that sheds some light on the embarrassing condition also known as “man boobs“. I read the article on the News blog, 3×24.com.

In the ponderously long article, Mr. Lee includes 15 typographical errors and 6 links to books (available at Amazon.com) about subjects ranging from current ecological conditions that may be related to an underlying cause of Gynecomastia, to how to affect hormonal imbalances in your own system; and two additional links to his own blog, which promotes two herbal supplements that he says might help to cure Gynecomastia.

Here’s his list of books and the two products that he recommends:

The Smart Woman’s Guide to Plastic Surgery, Updated Second Edition

Wild Yam: Nature’s Progesterone : The Safe and Little Known Answer to Hormonal Imbalance, PMS, Menopause and Osteoporosis (Woodland Health Ser)

Natural Hormone Therapy For Men, Women And Children

Hundreds of Medical Remedies & Cures for Common Ailments

The two products he discusses are:

Gynexin Alpha formula

and

Ultimate Gynemax

With all due respect, if you’d like to read the actual article written by Mr. Lee, you can do so at www.3×24.com.

There is no doubt that men all over the world are getting more self-conscious about their chest fat. Jerry Seinfeld dedicated an entire show to a running joke about a great solution for it and today, there are over 1 million web pages that make some reference to man boobs.

Although Mr. Lee seems to have gotten some of his factoids a bit mixed up, he does mention that Gynecomastia Surgery is a solution that has been effective for many men, and I would recommend that if you are upset with your physique, you should consult with your physician and look into the practical solutions that may exist for you.

Solutions would include:

Diet - start to watch what you eat and maybe cut down on the beer

Nutrition - taking “diet” a step further and eating food that provides actual goodness to your body

Exercise - if you’re a couch potato, then start with simple cardio and mild weight training or resistance techniques

Hormone balancing herbs or pharmaceuticals - yes - do consult your doctor

and lastly, if your condition is hormonal, you might consider Gynecomastia Surgery (otherwise, it’s just liposuction)

Whatever path you choose to embark on, be prepared for an introduction to your ego. It took a while to grow ‘em and it might take a while to reduce ‘em.
